On jan. 6, one day before the Chalie Hebdo massacre in Paris, there was a first report that France sends the "Charles de Gaulle" carrier group to Persian Gulf in order to fight the "Islamic State in Iraq".

French aircraft carrier set for Persian Gulf, report
Source: web.archive.org...://www.english.rfi.fr/france/20150106-french-aircraft-carrier-set-persian-gulf-report

Smells like the NWO couldn't send the US to another war, so this time they abuse the frenchies, in their economical and political trouble. There will be elections in 2016 and french president Hollande seems to need some economical push and to be commander in a war to get reelected. Now that socialist Hollande has a bad standing against the conservatives after the Paris massacres...

The SCO States Russia and Iran should monitor this battle ship group and what happens to it in order to be able to present independent evidence to the world if something bad should happen to them. Some real bad Dolphins in these Waters, bad for Liberty.

Oh nooes!
I can already picture a Mediterranean Sea-incident ...

Some info:

Charles de Gaulle (R91) is the flagship of the French Navy (Marine Nationale) and the largest Western European warship currently in commission (although the two Queen Elizabeth-class aircraft carriers currently being built for the Royal Navy are significantly larger). She is the tenth French aircraft carrier, the first French nuclear-powered surface vessel, and the first and so far only nuclear-powered carrier completed outside of the United States Navy. She is named after French statesman and general Charles de Gaulle.

The frenchies may be real lame ducks, but they still have nukes and there are groups that want to see some firework in the gulf area. Same game as after 9/11.

There is a policical element both prior and after the terrorist attack and the socialist government is doing damage control right now.

The attack was planned over many months so it is not a response to the deployment order a day prior.

I see nothing but helpful to have the French the coalition and have their aircraft attack IS in Iraq.

A conservative will most likely get a landslide win in upcoming elections.

Well it seems France is gonna gets own Iraq War which is ironic since they oppose the US invasion in 2003.

Oficially the order was given on jan 14. The question is "who planned and did what?"

Al Qaeda is relatively elitist, why should they plan something damn stupid with dumb small french criminals?

Given the history of French government officials and war, I assume that is a retreat?

Reminds me of Putin and the apartment bombings that lead to the war/crackdown in Chechnya and his rise to power. Same old NWO playbook.

*OR*

Its pure coincidence.

Isis needs to be halted. People from our own nations are leaving to join the fight on their side, even Australia and NZ have citizens fighting for the jihadists now. If we don't help Iraq and Syria now, they'll be knocking on Europe's door within a few years. Even Saudi Arabia is showing concern by building a wall in an attempt to keep them out.

Still possible, we don't know if its a perfect psycho storm or a perfect psyop storm.

On the day the Charlie massacre happened, french star author Houellebecq presented his new fictive novel "Submission", about France under sharia law in 2022.

His fellow french citizens and socialist comrades will ask poor little Hollande now daily what kind of heroic act he plans in order to make shure this will not happen... This means enormous psycho pressure to act, to do something and this pressure for "something" could devilishly turn bad. Remember Bush after 9/11.

If something happens to the french carrier group on march to the gulf, something could mean a french nuclear "overreaction"...

The cover of the most recent issue of the French satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo—published just before two gunmen massacred 12 at its Paris headquarters this week—didn't, as the publication often did, lampoon fundamentalist Islam. Instead, the target of Charlie's satire was the novelist Michel Houellebecq, whose sixth novel, Submission, was published on Wednesday, the day of the massacre. The cover shows a grotesque caricature of Houellebecq, wearing a wizard's hat, under the headline: "The Predictions of Wizard Houellebecq." "In 2015, I lose my teeth," says one. "In 2022, I do Ramadan." ... The novel is set in 2022, when Francois becomes transfixed by that year's presidential election, whose two leading candidates are Marine Le Pen, the real-life leader of France's far-right National Front, and Mohammed Ben Abbes, the head of a fictional Islamic Party. In order to prevent Le Pen from winning, Ben Abbes cuts a deal with France's left-wing party and is subsequently elected president. Almost immediately, France is placed under Sharia law.

Big question is: Do they have tactical nukes on board this time? How good are they secured? Secured for instance from abuse by french navy officers looking for revenge? Payed traitors? NSA proof?

How do you get they have nuclear weapons from a nuclear powered attack sub being part of the group?

I dont know if CDG R91 has the usual ASMPs on board and i dont know if the frenchies have a "TN-81 nuclear surprise option" for the SM-39 Exocets on their Rubis class attack subs.

If i had to prepare for a strike against coastal rocket bases or another carrier i would have such an option. The diameters of the ASMP and the SM-39 are nearly identical (35 cm ./. 34.8 cm, payload 200 kg ./. 165 kg)

Oh quit being sarcastic just because you can, you know dam well they have Nukes on the carrier for the air wing as it is a floating part of France that will be defended at all cost, anywhere, anytime.

Not all of them carry nukes on every mission. Just because the US does doesn't mean everyone else does. Especially since they have a smaller inventory.

Nobody is going to use a Nuke, relax!! Israel will only use them if a massive Arab-Russian invasion takes place against them. If any of the NATO nations billion dollar carriers come under attack by missiles or incoming Jets from Iran then maybe as the commanders of the carriers do have that option open to them to defend the carriers at all cost but I don't think Iran wants to commit suicide.

Most people don't know how close Libya came to being nuked back in the 80s when they sent migs out to confront our Carrier in the med. Thankfully our Navy pilots gave the migs a quick trip to the bottom of the sea. If one Mig had got past the Tomcats then the next Tomcat off the deck was one caring a nuclear tipped missile.

Yes France does, as they have their own and also have ours on loan if they need them. The B61 anyway. France does not play around when it comes to defending their carriers or NATO territory. It is a NATO doctrine and most people would not think it but France would be the first to shoot back at Russia if Russia launched at the U.S.. They know without the U.S. there is no France, not for long anyway.

As of 2005, they are deployed in Europe under the NATO nuclear sharing arrangement.[
