It was the Twitter tweeting that brought me back

Hello cherished readers once again. It has been far too long since I diverted my gaze to these hallowed forums, my mistake.

Some years ago, urgent commitments conspired to divert my attention from this wonderful community. While many of those commitments remain, seeing one of my old topics on Twitter tickled my curiosity.

What a grand difference since last I browsed! Not just the more modern looking design, but the flood of new people posting a great deal of interesting new material. I've spent the better part of the day reading much of your recent work, and am very pleased to have done so.

I shall hope to contribute at a level deserving of the current caliber I now see.

Welcome back to the fold!

It's always nice to have some of the older members around, kicking around ideas and such.

If you need any help with anything, just ask. There are many of us who are glad to help.

It is good to have your perspective on this. Many that have hung on believe the quality of this forum has nose dived. Interesting to see how you adapt to the new ATS.

i havnt come across you before so i clicked on your profile to check you out. If i remember correctly your last post here was 2012.
And you authored a lot of political threads.

Actually, I followed your ATS career from 2008 to 2011, and then you bailed. I never forgave you, but I did learn to live with it.



And as yeahright stated, please raise the Bar. Too many of the movers and shakers around here have moved on, unfortunately. A dose of the Old School (a 2 Fir!) is sorely needed.

ATS has gotten stale and FaceBooky and far too cliquey for me. No offense to anyone who still loves it.
