Well, it seems that the only evidence the CIA got was the e-mails on a Virginia server. So they were already spying on him..that means they already had an axe to grind, which they did, since Sterling had brought a discrimination in the workplace case against them..which he lost because the court and the appeals court agreed with CIA statements that any discrimination evidence lay within classified territory..whodda thought?
Who knows if the e-mails are genuine or not, they are easy to fake.
In the meantime, (2010) Sterling uncovered a Medicare scam and saved the country a tidy sum, and got some kind of gong! Then in 2011 he is arrested. Spooks eh!

kind of what they did in Iraq isn`t it?
sold or gave chemical weapons to Iraq to be used against iran in the iran/Iraq war.Then when they wanted to invade Iraq they said, look! look! they have chemical weapons, we have to invade to make the world safe.

can`t invade iran with the excuse that they are making nukes if they aren`t making them, so you have to give them the plans or means to make them then you can say look! look! they are making nukes!
