I am so sick and tired of the antics that this sorry excuse for a man gets away with on a yearly basis! Year after year this A-hole screws us over in California. Vetoing bills that help sexually abused children Vetoing prop 30 which would give a hundred million dollars to the education system and instead using those funds to keep the California Penitentiary system gobbling up people left and right. And now this F***!!!! is deferring 2015 tax refunds till may of 2016. I mean how the hell does this guy get away with this crap!

I can answer the question, he stuffed it in another bill in wording no one
would realize meant this in the long run.

I am very interested to see what happens to their state economy this
year without the low income tax windfall to boost it... This wont end
well i would wager.

Also the numbers here speak volumes, if the source i read got the
numbers right then if they payed out the refunds they would have
a surplus of 300million or so, without the payout it is a surplus of
4 some odd billion, taking that much money out of the tax payers
pockets must have an effect.

So if you owe on taxes you should send a letter to the tax office with the intent of deferring your payment as well.

Seems fair to me. Especially when the tax system is illegal anyways.

Peace

I remember hearing on news shows (this was probably 20 years ago) that Brown said:
"We need fewer jobs and more welfare." He was asked if he mis-spoke. He said no, and he repeated it.

He then went into a long speech about how "we" can socially engineer a utopia. A perfect society.
It was an absolutely sterling example of "magical thinking". No basis in reality whatsoever.

He truly is a loon.

That's how they always pass the oppressive bills; just hide them in the back of some long boring bill that has nothing to do with it. Bastards.

You know this is odd for me. I'm 48 but grew up in California and most of the time I lived there it was under Jerry Brown. :/

Is he like Mumra the ever living???

Is the tax return thing because the state is bankrupt?
They don't have the money to return?
