Why would they not gang rape her to near death then use her last spark of life to drain her of her blood? It is pretty evil all-around and I do not think they have reached the limits to just how evil they can get.

Would the ISIS really want infidel blood in their veins?.somehow I doubt this story.............

I don't get the sense that these guys are low on blood.
They spill it in the sand like it has no value at all.

Pretty sure if ISIS can operate oil terminals and get access to military hardware getting blood supplies for medical purposes probably isnt much of an issue.
