Hands up, used to live at Henley Beach in the mid '90s, another former Adelaidian.

Never heard weird booms, but once a foot washed up on the beach just down the road from where I lived. Gross and scary, especially for a former surfer.

I wonder if hot weather (Heatwave conditions) may have a part in this phenomenon ... ?

Anyone heard the booms in winter ?

I live at West Beach now....no booms but interesting occasional UFO activity offshore
