What if the Governments of the world decided to stop funding terrorism.

It's not a matter of dreaming, but instead thinking about how the landscape would change. Humans have a never ending need to kill each other.

The real question who would be the next target? Some countries seem to go along to get along, while others have always wanted to have some control of how things happen in the world. New countries are starting to try to exert some global authority but I'm not sure the real powers of the world will allow it to happen. We see economy warfare happening right now, its just a proxy war, mainly because terrorism isn't popular anymore.
