Almost assuredly. This guy is in Texas. Texas has the worst mental healthcare in the country. He probably isn't on his meds right now.

In other words, if you hear on Twitter a doctor and the gunman died....that was days ago, not the current one that is ongoing.

Apparently he's on the 2nd floor at the critical care unit. at least two hostages
