I hope you don't think they will all up and leave to the Middle East now. Nothing good will come of this, for anyone.

Cherif Kouachi was arrested in Iraq in 2004 and extradited to France in 2008 where he was convicted on terrorism charges in France and sentenced to 18 months in prison.

I see that the 18 months worked well. I really doubt any length would have made a difference in changing his view.

As of right now,1.40 a.m., there is no arrests of any of the 3 terrorists.

I don't care for these cowards who murder in the name of religion. However if we start flouting our own laws what moral argument can we make about the terrorist actions?

The 18-yr old turned himself in voluntarily and peacefully at a police precinct when he saw his name being retweeted on Twitter. The search is still ongoing for the two brothers according to BFMTV in France.
