Automatic filtering system question?

Many times, I have found that a certain words gets editted out of my posts, and I cannot, for the life of me, understand why!

The openings in a building, with glass panes, through which we receive light and can see outside? Starts with a "w" ?

I know I have been out of the US for a while and am out of touch, but has that become an offensive word now???

I think it only removes it if you put a . after the word, and it has to start with a lowercase "w".

It's due to the word window followed by a period, being a _javascript object (not css or both idk not up to date with it all). Window is an object that I guess might have the potential to be exploited. Or it would screw up how the forums read other formatting code.

I think that the word window is used in java script, Computer coding language, so it must think You are giving a command by using it at the end of a sentence.(?) Just a thought. Syx.
