Gotta love BR, The Descendants, The Casualties, Pennywise etc.. But I'm a crust punk girl, especially blackened. Just posted some young and in the way here on a metal thread recently

Lol thanks, you're not so bad yourself. I'm going to go ahead and blame my misspelling of descendents on autocorrect
and blackened crust, even though its a pretty ridiculous term (always reminds me of burnt toast, am I right) is worth a listen if you can stomach street punk and hardcore.

Haha honestly when I read crust punk I swear I pictured burnt toast in my head
I never really gave crust punk a go to be honest, but from what I know it's like a mixture of punk and metal? and I do like those two things separately.

Yes, pretty much. Gritty, aggressive, d-beat/metal hybrid. Pretty sweet despite the images of toast the term itself conjures up lol Very much into electronic based stuff lately but for me crust is one of those "I can't quit you" situations.
