Anyway, back in 2001 somebody gave me a most beautiful present: a book called Outlander (Cross stitch)... 7 books and 14 years later I am still in
love with the story as I was with the first book. I sing this song so much even my daughter knows it by heart! lol
Outlander by Diana Gabaldon Oh I started reading them back in the 90's I got to "Fiery Cross" then lost the book when we moved. I'll find it. They
had to change the style of paperback because as her books got fatter and fatter they had to switch to a larger book style. When I read Dragonfly in
Amber the book split in two.
So you must have as happy as I was when STARZ came out with the series. It's pretty good so far. But I may have to go back and reread some books to
refresh my memory, I can't tell if they're really sticking to the story some of it seems different.
I know what you mean, the books did get thicker and thicker, but I just couldn't put them down! And yes, I was over the moon when I heard they were
finally making a TV series. I have noticed a couple of differences from the books, small details perhaps that don't really change what the story is
