woah guy... I'm just pointing out that his crimes are caught on tape and not only is he linked to the back packs but the actual bombs themselves. Maybe I just followed it a lot closer than most people. I haven't had one person agree with me, it's like y'all feel bad because he looks innocent. His brother went out in a gun fight... you think he did that because he was innocent? Not me.

Yeah, innocent people always lead the police on a chase and then shoot at them.

Didn't you know that by now?

Except the naked guy has already been proven to have not been the older brother. Proven all the way up to and including a facial structure analysis that turned up a number of differences from things like brow shape to nose shape to eye distance and so on.

Seriously, if you're going to point at things as "evidence" of a conspiracy, pick something other than crap that's been debunked over and over and over.

nobody here knows what actually happened, if you did you would be in court as a witness or suspect.

The evidence does look pretty daming

But he is still entitled to a fair trial and is inocent until the verdict.

I would think there would be more chance in winning this case if it was a judge only trial. Jury pools will always be influenced by the media and that is the last thing she should want for he client.

The evidence against him is overwhelming. A large chunk of the country watched live on TV as he and his brother tried to kill people by tossing homemade bombs. However, he should get a fair trial like anyone else. And when found guilty (yes, I believe that will be the verdict), the death penalty is appropriate. I am against the death penalty except in extreme cases, and I consider this to be an extreme case.

Is it possible you believe something that didn't even
happen? I think it is. But what you're up against is an
ATS taboo that people aren't allowed to explain around
here.
You may not have looked closely enough.
Remember how many innocent people have gone down over evidence.
Always. Know that we observe a lying media and corrupt political system.
To the core by the way. All run by wicked aristocrats and corporate thugs.
Infact

Well, the guy who owned the boat that found him saw him with the gun, so I guess that guy is a witness also.

I wasn't there, so I don't know the truth. I don't think he is completely innocent, but believe he was set up as a patsy.

I seem to remember the fbi was in contact with the family long before the bombing. I also remember hearing supposed eyewitnesses see the older brother get hit by a police van. Also, the younger brother who was in the boat had no wound to the throat while he was walking away from the boat, and in a interview with the police one of them slipped and said he knifed him in the throat and the other 2 officers looked at each other thinking he screwed up by saying that.

I saw pictures of the Tsarnaev brothers supposedly at the marathon with the backpacks, but then again I saw lots of the Kraft security or whatever that also had backpacks, so who is to say who had planted the bombs.

I wish I could remember more, when this went down I had everything on my other computer. All I know is I definitely do not believe our governments word anymore, they have lied far too much to do so.

edit: I don't know how to embed vids but www.youtube.com... thats the link to the police interview where he says its a knife wound

Yup, there's going to be a plea deal. Here's how they are getting the public prepped for that decision:

news.yahoo.com...
--Tsarnaev’s defense team has reportedly been making overtures to prosecutors seeking a plea deal that would allow their client to plead guilty in exchange for a life sentence. .....
--....the evidence presented in the case would be “graphic,” “gruesome,” “hard to stomach,” and that it would include photos and video of the bomb blasts and aftermath. That has proven unsettling for many victims, who want justice but also worry about the trauma of reliving the excruciating details of April 15, 2013, especially in a trial that is expected to go on for months.
--... 57 percent of Boston residents polled supported a life sentence without parole for Tsarnaev, compared to 33 percent who supported the death penalty.
-- Marc Fucarile, who lost his right leg in the bombing, initially came out strongly in support of the government’s decision to pursue a death sentence, but this week, he told the Boston Globe that he now supports a life sentence because death would let Tsarnaev off too easily.

No trial means no evidence will be presented. And no evidence means just another lone nut patsy who'll be blamed.

This whole thing stank from the beginning. No video of the second explosion, I literally saw the older brother being arrested, naked, put into a police car, the reporter seemed very, very nervous, and then the fbi van pulled up and took him from the police car and put him in the van. I saw this happen live at like 3:45am. Then he supposedly got into a shootout with the police and ended up dead.

I too saw a pic of a Naked Man who looked like the older brother cuffed and being escorted away by the police. I sure it was posted here. it seems to have disappeared. I wonder if the Defence will use that photo and the Photo's of the Blackwater guys with the same rucksacks as the ones used in the Bombings. Should be a interesting trial.
