As popular as he is...

Putin still has a demographic of Russiams he cannot reach...

MI6 & CIA would be wasting their time & money involving themselves in something that would have occurred anyways.

It's amazing...

When there are riots in Russia, Americans are blamed.

When there are riots in the US, Americans are asleep.

fixed it for ya.

CIA must be pissed one of their assets just got jailed lol.

Of course Putin resorts to an old Soviet tactic of jailing dissidents family members. It's a sign to the many Russians living abroad that think they are beyond Putin's reach. He is willing to make your family suffer if you continue to cause problems.

Yep just like watching a red neck version of cops from my front porch, my ex sister in-law was a guest star last week.

Back on course, it is interesting times we live in, riots and war everywhere a person turns.

Not really.

As I said they would not have caused it. It was a powder keg waiting to go off.

But they can inflame it more and incite it further and make it magnitudes worse.

It one of the things they do. Its a fact and well documented one at that, they will latch on to protests and that suite a end goal and inflame it.

And you know what? Id be pissed if they were not doing that to a hostile country otherwise my tax money is wasted on these agency's.

We cant remove Putin by external force but if we can remove him my internal force great

When there are riots in Russia, America cheers.

When there are riots in the US, America cheers.

People love to watch a good riot I suppose. Better than cable.

Peace

This doesn't look like a Riot in Russia to me. It looks like a protest, at least from the photos.

Putin is TREATING it like a riot, it seems, but it doesn't look like one.

Russian state media will probably blame the West. Not that Western intelligence agencies haven't been involved in regime change before but I think it's a bit too convenient considering Putin's policies. I'll never understand why people see the guy as a better alternative to "TPTB" in Europe and the US. His administration is playing the same games after all, they care no more about regular people than the people running the show over here. That being said, there are people far nuttier than Putin who hopefully won't come into power. IMO why it's probably not a setup, Western intelligence may be fine with toppling Middle Eastern dictators but Russia has a lot of nukes and destabilizing Russia could go very wrong very fast.

Hmm. Interesting Source.

First paragraph, already sensing a political leaning behind the post.. But maybe I'm just too sensitive. Let's keep going.

Here's an except from the second paragraph:

Like the majority of Russians who have never heard of Alexei Navalny, most Americans are likely unfamiliar with the dissident so cherished by the neoconservative regime change crowd in the US. To Washington Post’s extreme Russophobic editorial page editor Fred Hiatt

Annnnd that's where I stopped reading.

One: He's the US Ambassador to Russia, of course he's going to be disappointed in the jailing of a Putin dissident's RELATIVE.

Two: The relative didn't even do anything wrong. He was jailed simply to punish Navalny.

Yeah, anti-state • anti-war • pro-market and the Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity are scary words.

They're meaningless words if all the source you posted does is link to OTHER opinion pieces as sources themselves, and do nothing but call a putin dissident a Nazi, a neocon, a felon, a racist, and everything else.

You know it's funny, I've been noticing a trend. Anything that's anti-Putin always seems to be Nazi related, according most of your sources. If you're not with Putin, you're a Nazi. Hmm...
