More importantly and certainly pertinent to many of the posts in this thread;

IF BIGOTRY WAS FOUND TO BE CURABLE WOULD THE BIGOTS IN THIS THREAD ACCEPT THE TREATMENT?

In actuality the OP's suggestion has already occurred. There is a disease called CAH; Congenital adrenal hyperplasia. CAH begins in the womb where a baby gets an extra shot of testosterone. If a male baby has this occur they are usually shorter, have larger genitals and are more prone to have heart disease. A female baby is likely to be a homosexual or bisexual. There are other conditions that must be treated after birth like sweating issues.

Some doctors have advocated using a drug in utero (in the uterus) to correct this condition. There have been some lesbian groups that have objected. This is a controversial subject. I did not read the full article I am linking. But it does go into some of the debate and situation.

mercury, Sodium lauryl sulphate, BPA, legumes like soy and dairy products all mimic oestrogen in the body this in turn disrupts the chemical pathways there are other chemicals but these are the main ones, some people are affected by this others have pathways that excrete the poisons out of us and others fall to the chemical programming that is going on there are other factors that relate to this as well like pornographic video.

No I am not being combative and in my other post above the reason I stated such was because of our neighbours next door whom happen to be very combative and very call the police every chance they get......Yep they are gay so what I say but count out all the neighbours who learned just like us to stay the heck away from them and their personal battles that they enjoy sharing in full view of all of us on our street.

Fight and scream all the time, If I start my truck on a cold morning to warm it up they call the cops.....yep indeed.

As one poster already stated, it has to do with whether it's harmful or not. Far as I know, being homosexual doesn't harm you. Suicide rates might be higher in youth, but that's because of discrimination. So if retardation is natural and harmful then it probably should be cured if possible.

I think you are mistaken. I didn't look over the whole site, but I saw no claims that homosexuality can be 'cured' or that people's sexual orientation could be altered.

Reparative therapy does not claim homosexuality can be cured --- at least not the modern version. (I think it's now illegal to claim you can cure homosexuality).

It claims you can choose to live as a heterosexual.

Enough indicators have been discovered to know homosexuality, at least in part, begins in the development of the fetus. Same as heterosexuality -- but different.

Conclusive? Like what causes left handedness?

There are lots of things in science that don't have conclusive proof.
