If anything that screams plant because I have never seen a weapon get unloaded before they take pictures of it because that changes the crime scene.
I am not sure why a cop would release the magazine if he was planting a gun at the scene.
I'm not sure how I missed the original comment you're replying to, so you get stuck with my reply
Yea, you unload firearms at the crime scene. You don't leave loaded weapons laying around on the ground for hours and hours. In fact you can see the magazine with rounds (at least one) right next to the handle of the gun, which is also what one does when photographing a firearm at a crime scene.

If I were a black man, I'd carry a gun too.
At least if you've got a gun, you've got a chance to defend yourself from a group of people that have already demonstrated that they will not hesitate to kill you even if you are unarmed.

Statistics would indicate that you are speaking of other black men that are not police officers.

I doubt you have any statistical analysis of black on black crime where the victim was unarmed. Forgive me for not holding my breath.

No problem.
I just don't think it makes sense for a cop to drop the mag if he is planting a gun. No reason to do that at all.
Plus, I have serious doubts that a cop working this close to Ferguson would plant a gun at a shooting scene in public. The whole planting a gun thing seems to run against common sense here.
And I have never seen a mag pop out a pistol because it was dropped, not saying that it doesn't happen, but I have never seen it.
It is possible that the 18 year old that was shot had very little firearms handling experience (I wouldn't even think of calling it training) and pushed the magazine release thinking it was the safety.

Haven't you watched the youtube vids lately? Black America (as heff put it) thinks they are now invincible and above the law. They just got done trashing a city with little repercussions. It's the group/gang mentality in that area.. I bet that stoopid SOB that pulled the gun on the cop actually thought the cop wouldn't have the balls to shoot him as to not start another riot.

Do you have any proof that police shoot more unarmed black men than armed black civilians do?
There are probably more legal shootings of young black men by armed black men than shootings of unarmed black men by cops.

Youre talking about other black people right, since over 90 percent of the black people killed in the US are killed by other black people......
Yes of course thats what you mean........
Read my other reply to this stupid logic.
In 2013, there were 6,261 black homicide victims in the U.S.—almost all killed by black civilians—resulting in a death risk in inner cities that is ten times higher for blacks than for whites. None of those killings triggered mass protests; they are deemed normal and beneath notice.
The police, by contrast, according to published reports, kill roughly 200 blacks a year, most of them armed and dangerous, out of about 40 million police-civilian contacts a year. Blacks are in fact killed by police at a lower rate than their threat to officers would predict. In 2013, blacks made up 42 percent of all cop killers whose race was known, even though blacks are only 13 percent of the nation’s population. The percentage of black suspects killed by the police nationally is 29 percent lower than the percentage of blacks mortally threatening them.

Kinda looks like a gun.
Apparently the Cop has a body camera but didn't wear it due to the department "getting used to them"...
Hard to get used to them when you're not wearing them though...
Nevertheless...
I'm sure he had a camera on the dash board of the patrol car right?
That will clear up everything seeing as the teen was directly in front of the vehicle.
