It strikes me as strange that a nation with the right to bear arms doesn't teach kids the basics of how to handle such arms, so at a very young age they're told to get a responsible adult to secure a gun if theres one lying around then as they get older and wiser they go up to being taught how to safely handle a weapon and then once they're strong enough mentally and physically they can go for lessons at the range if they want to should be a basic thing to cut down on kids thinking its cool or letting curiosity cause a fatal accident
Mom's Demand Action for Gunsense in America encourages their membership to engage in a practice called Swatting in order to create a huge police response to gun owners. It is widely known that one such incident, the murder by police of John Crawford in an Ohio Walmart, was the result of a caller who made a false statement to police dispatchers. When the police showed up they shot Crawford dead. Ohio is an open carry state.
