I know what you mean grandma. I have a mother with Alzheimer's and my only other "friends" are relatives in their 90's and they don't take to conspiracy.

When I first read the banner about the campaign I thought it was part of the advertising........Point being maybe changing it around a little bit or making it larger might help draw the people into the thread. Many people might still be in the dark about what is going on.



Also I know you guys can mass message every member this might also be a good idea. I have heard about ATS gear like hats and such but have no idea how to purchase it? This would also draw in a ton of money.

I already asked about the hats and mugs.
They only cover cost, so there is no help from that area.

AdSense is the next biggest joke after Google. Seriously, how they even pretend to be serious is beyond me. I had the same issue with my site in 2010. A user had posted "beautiful Russian Military Girls" and voila, somehow Google deducted that posting women in Russian UNIFORM (with COATS) was porn.

I tried to appeal, got no where. I doubt many people do. We were a site about the outdoors and at the worst, we were PG.

So I feel for you, I'll see what I can do after Christmas.

Hmm, but maybe the merchandise could be made available more mainstream, say Amazon, and then, if Springer or SO join Amazon Affiliates, and send traffic that way, they get paid for the referrals, plus fees off anything else bought in the same transaction.

I use that on one of my wesites, which is a tiny site, but I get referral fees every month. Something to think about.

This Citizen Journalism sounds similar to my ignored thread suggestion and would suit a shorter term goal focusing on current events that come and go rather than my concept of long term historical ones that would stand the test of time. Quantity or Quality?

Sorry, but I'm having a hard time accepting some of what's going on right now. Yes, I don't understand everything but at least I still have my thinking head on even if it amounts to nothing.

Actually I'd be right up for that idea, we could do a male one for the girls, and a female one for the guys.

I'd definitely buy one and be right up for the laugh.

What say you Skeptic and Springer, we could post photos (T&C friendly of course) and if you guys could organise printing and an outlet, maybe directly from the site, I reckon it might just go down really well.
