A Fighter’s Honour!

This is one I wrote based on a dream.


Before Your throne, I bow down to You.
Before Your servants, I bow myself down too.

You gave me a chance, to set things right.
You gave me Your Sword, to stand up and fight.

I fought and I lost, please forgive me!
I’m broken to pieces, can’t You see?

I fought for years, I needed to fight!
I fought to win, I thought that I might!

No man could slay me, no man could kill!
I did it to myself, thrown myself down the hill!

I bow myself down, here at Your feet.
I bow down in shame, I bow in defeat.

Be graceful to me! Show mercy onto me!
I want to live up, to what You want me to be!

Hear My words, the ones I’m telling you now:
“I grant you favour, for seeing you bow”

“Take My Sword up again, don’t lose heart!”
“I’ll stand by you, if you stand by Me, Never apart!”

I am full of Breath and I have an Idea that I am uncertain about. I am not sure how it will fly with Everyone......

I am needing some feedback before I write it out......
