Brave , intelligent , Inspirational , three words that for me sum up this young lady who stood up to the Taliban and nearly paid the ultimate price.
Today Malala received her well deserved peace prize in Oslo , the first of many accolades I think this girl will receive given the chance to achieve all that she aspires to achieve.

The video is a bit ropey but the words contained within are strong and send out a message of hope , peace and vision.

The Taliban's failure is the Worlds gain.

For sure, she is a brave one.

She gets my upmost respect.

Makes me think of those who have fallen to these scum and never had this chance to make a difference...
With that said she has the willpower to do it for the martyrs.

A deserved slap in the face of the Taliban.

Before this gets dragged into the gutter as being "anti- any enemy of the US"…

Speaking at the Nobel peace prize ceremony in Oslo she said: “Why is it that countries which we call strong are so powerful in creating wars but are so weak in bringing peace? Why is it that giving guns is so easy, but giving books is so hard?”

I give her another prize for that.
