Be a man, a real man, and stop whining about how the world isn't fair.

I'm going to have to ask some clarification on this one...

I thought being a man is related to having a certain genitalia, so could you please elaborate?
And secondly, what's the difference between a 'man' and a 'real man'? What is it that is required for a man to change into a 'real' one? Certain actions? Certain words? Certain behavior?

Man is a gender.

Male describes the physical sex of the individual.

So you're actually saying, that 'man' is the socially constructed role, while 'male' is the biological characteristic. Ok fine. But that doesn't change the question of the difference between a 'man' and a 'real man'. Would that be how well he plays the role that has been constructed for him? If so, what if the role entails self-abuse and perpetual slavery? Is being a 'real man' and to 'stop whining' the right thing to do?

For sure, when other more reasonable factors are just a google search away, but I guess radical women's groups must be preventing them from researching.

Lack of interest in sex is even starting to affect young men in their 20s. “Typically, young men in their teens and 20’s are sexually rambunctious but – in the last several decades – young men living in industrialized nations like America have shown reduced sperm count and quantity of ejaculate. Both of these evidence an early decline in testosterone levels,” she says. Medical scientists attribute this dismaying trend to the high levels of foreign hormones, called xenohormones, that are found in many of our foods, including meat and milk, as well as in common inhalants such as fumicides and pesticides.

Women, females, or feminists?

Anyways if it makes you feel better here is a list of websites which blame the ills of modern society on men:
jezebel.com...
www.salon.com...
www.vice.com...
www.vox.com...
www.npr.org...
www.buzzfeed.com...

Honestly there is no shortage of the "men bad" articles on the internet. If a few threads get you down, just remember there are plenty of other places to go if you want to read threads which confirm your particular bias (or any for that matter).

I'm talking about this website, there is a thread pretty much every week blaming feminists who are in the huge majority women for the breakdown on society. I don't have to have any bias or any need or desire to read threads about men being to blame. Which is just as ridiculous. I also feel I can comment on this without having to feel the need to leave the site as a whole.

Well feminism is deeply tied to communist and socialist movements which happen to often be involved in most conspiracy theory. This is well known and not denied as there is shirt of Che Guevara popularity which states," My marxist feminist dialectic brings all the boys to the yard." Also the focus on social conditioning and blatant "reeducation" rhetoric of the movement would clearly be an irritant to the demographic population which visits this website.

People complaining about the enforcement of certain social behaviors at the expense of (or perceived expense of) others will always be a common railing point.

Also as a side, people will ALWAYS need to vent about something.

I think the correct word would be 'rant' and, as such, this website does have a rant area where they can be with those that will be in complete agreement.

Again, feminism =/= femininity or women.
Case in point, here is a woman not agreeing with feminism.

Believe it or not, women are an important factor. It's not about blaming anyone. It's about pointing out what is happening and who has to make a stand. Part of solving these issues is bringing responsibility back to women. There are so many systems in place to catch women if they make multiple mistakes, but one mistake by a man will cost him immediately. And it's not only that, because these systems for women are in place, mistakes by women will cost men, and it should not be that way. Since women pay a very low price for these mistakes, there isn't any incentive for them to do things differently.

Feminazi refers to the individual(s) believing in the misandry that's masquerading as feminism.
The Marxist aspect refers to the general world view of the feminism movement as a whole rather than individuals.

Both are valid.

Feminists are Marxists? I thought they were feminazis? Which is it? The limp-dicked whiner brigade needs to get its story straight. :lol

Although the media always portrays women in general, and "grandmas" in particular, as always loving and caring, the reality is that many are neither:

www.nbcnews.com...
MEAN OLD GIRLS: SENIORS WHO BULLY

newoldage.blogs.nytimes.com...
MEAN GIRLS IN THE NURSING HOME

ologsinquito.hubpages.com...
MEAN BEHAVIOR KNOWS NO AGE LIMIT: BULLYING IN NURSING HOMES AND ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES

And you wonder why their daughters and grand-daughters are such a nasty piece of work?

It's the old cliche. With great power comes great responsibility. The power to carry and give life is a great thing, and the responsibility is equally as great. Does that mean that men should leave women in the dust? No. But it does mean that women should take care of themselves as well, and not expect only men to do it for them. Women can get help from men, but it should not be that men solely carry the responsibility for women's crappy mistakes. No one gives a man a hand when he makes one, why should women be given a hand every time, even after they make 20?

it seems to me that the fact that I see so many men on here griping about being taking to the cleaners by the system would kind of prompt them to take the responsibility of ensuring that they aren't creating babies unto themselves instead of leaving it for the women to take on while they stand on the sidelines griping about birth control and plotting to exclude birth control from the insurance policies! I know it's a crappy system for men!! The fact that it is crappy just makes the need to take on that responsibility more urgent. It's your life, protect it!

we all can be jerks sometimes
some more than others.
I don't think that gender has anything to do with it

the question is shouldn't we treat the jerks equally regardless of the gender???
I mean condemning one gender to what would be close to slavery just doesn't cut the grade..
if women are limited to the amount of money they can earn or forbidden to earn it all together well the relationship can be easily debased to that point!
and it can also be said that fathers who are caste out of the family circle so easily and forced to pay child support (by a system that can literally lose the money that it collects and come back at ya for more) is also a form of slavery..

but well if you want my opinion on this neither side is looking at the big picture!
how many couples separate because of financial problems??
why do we have a system that seems to actually bribe women with more in handouts than so many fathers (or father and mother) could provide?

maybe it really isn't the women or the men that are the problem but rather it's that group which we call "the powers that be who's real desire is for us to all be in a position that is too similar to slavery??

Considering the female half of the species (of which I too belong) as "slaves" is ludicrous. Women have held high positions in government under Obama, have all enjoyed power and prestige and 6-figure salaries. And yet too many have already crashed-and-burned, with bad decisions, pettiness, corruption, and mounting lie on top of lie for a sloppy cover-up that was bound to come crashing down on her:

Hilary Clinton
Hilda Solis
Kathleen Sebelius
Janet Napolitano
Lisa Jackson
Susan Rice
Lois Lerner (IRS)

These are recent, high-profile female officials in our government who displayed extremely poor judgement, and tried to paper over their bad decisions/behavior by piling lies upon more lies. No wonder the general public's impression is that few women "have what it takes" to handle a pressure-cook top job once they DO break thru the Glass Ceiling.

This is not about "jerks" - of which both genders have a fairly large sample. It's about facing the fact that there is no "equality" between genders in the workplace, because more women than men cannot handle pressure-cooker jobs at the top.

And Equality is like Peace anyway, just an ideal we all strive toward - but the wise know we'll never reach. And if you demand or try to legislate Equal Opportunities, you'll just end up with women in jobs they can't handle, bypassing more qualified men for the job.

And this Gender War from the Trenches is equally ridiculous. Celebrate being a woman! We can make babies, have a more emotional approach to Life which perfectly suits a lot of jobs and careers, and we are many times the best and most fair Managers.

Men are not our competitors, they are our allies. Why not salute and respect our differences and unique skills, instead of whining about this unreachable goal of Total Equality???
