So really, the "morale" issue has to be addressed, and fixed.

The porn argument is flimsy.
Estrogen
Estrogen is a female sex hormone that develops secondary female sex characteristics. Estrogen is produced primarily by the ovaries but also appears from adrenal glands and fat tissues. There are three major types of estrogen in women: estrone, estradiol and estriol. Estrone is the least plentiful of the three major forms of estrogen. Estradiol is more prevalent in women during reproductive ages. During pregnancy, the placenta generates estriol.
Testosterone
Men usually have between 300 and 1,200 nanograms of testosterone per deciliter of blood, whereas women have between 30 and 95 nanograms. Testosterone is the foremost male sex hormone that develops secondary male sex characteristics. It is primarily secreted in the testes and is vital in the development of the prostate. It plays an important role in bone density, fat distribution, red blood cell production, sex drive and sperm production.
Sex-typed behavior
The hormonal theory of sexuality and gender identity holds that, just as exposure to certain hormones plays a role in fetal sex differentiation, such exposure also influences the sexual orientation and or gender identity that emerges later in the adult. Differences in brain structure that come about from chemical messengers and genes interacting on developing brain cells are believed to be the basis of sex differences in countless behaviors, including sexual orientation.[1] Prenatal factors that affect or interfere with the interaction of these hormones on the developing brain can influence later sex-typed behavior in children.[1] This hypothesis is originated from countless experimental studies in non-human mammals, yet the argument that similar effects can be seen in human neurobehavioral development is a much debated topic among scholars.[2] Recent studies, however, have provided evidence in support of prenatal androgen exposure influencing childhood sex-typed behavior.[2]

Transgender is the state of one's gender identity or gender expression not matching one's assigned sex.[1] Transgender is independent of sexual orientation; transgender people may identify as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, etc; some may consider conventional sexual orientation labels inadequate or inapplicable to them. The definition of transgender includes: "Of, relating to, or designating a person whose identity does not conform unambiguously to conventional notions of male or female gender roles, but combines or moves between these."[2] "People who were assigned a sex, usually at birth and based on their genitals, but who feel that this is a false or incomplete description of themselves."[3] "Non-identification with, or non-presentation as, the sex (and assumed gender) one was assigned at birth."[4]

Men watch porn of women being abused, by up to 6 men at a time. Over long periods of time men become "used" to this sort if scenario. Called conditioning, and has been happening for years. my 15 year old nephew showed me some videos on his phone the other day.
I can tell you now, I have seen some # in my days. I was gobsmacked by what I saw on his phone (and he was laughing).
So yea, people can say porn isn't an issue. I say 15 year old kids who have unfettered access to the most hardcore porn is a cause for concern.
Armed forces is all about physical strength and endurance. Sorry if that offends you?
