good point Fred, I wouldnt settle either, thats what makes me think he was innocent. why would any parent go for money if he/she beleived hed done that to their child?

DO I like MJ? Don't know...I've never met him. Do I like his music...about 25% of what he has done, I like, I'm not into the pop thing but I think when someone puts out as much as he has there's going to be something you like....do I think he's a bit odd? Yes I do, but most of us would be if we had been brought up and lived the way he has...is he guilty? Don't know....being odd doesn't make one guilty....you not liking someone doesn't make one guilty....if he is...bury him!!!! If he isn't leave him alone. What I DO know is he is an easy target for those wanting money, and his remark about nothing wrong sleeping together meant "sleeping" in the same bed together...not having sex.....people just jumped on that as an excuse.....I'll wait till the law can figure out if he is guilty or not.

Now, as you can see the highlighted words above, who say, exactly? I've seen alot of people (ATSers and the public in general) taking rumours and using them as facts, what was our motto again...ah yes, deny ignorance.
Michael Jackson may or may not be guilty but he has the right to a fair trial and be innocent until proven guilty. 'Wacko Jacko' does not appear to have all of those rights, does he? Yes, he may look different, and I admit that his feelings towards children do not appear normal, but does this mean that we should automatically presume that he is a child molester'er and a paedophile?
When one takes alook at his upbringing, it seems he missed out on having a proper childhood, which could very well be why he's making up for it now, as he seems to have childlike tendencies in general; from his relationship's with the opposite sex, his family, animals, his social status and yes, children.

It could very well be that one of the world's biggest superstars is guilty of the crime accused, but I hope we can be a little more open minded of the possibilities, that is, after all, what ATS aims to do.

Since when did I say anything of my post above was fact? I was merely giving an opinion. "They", was the media. Do you live in the U.S.? This was speculation from the start! I never said, "It's a FACT that his fans were paid!"

Well, they (fans, btw) sure didn't PAY to be transported! Fans transported from southern California and Las Vegas? I sure would see this as being PAID! They did get a free trip, didn't they (again, "THEY = FANS")

What category of pronography ? Of big busty buxom women ? If so, the Attorney General had better consider this one very carefully. The Defence might seek to have it admitted instead.
