I absolutely agree that it's better than nothing, and to be completely honest, nothing would ever be foolproof.

I don't see any reason for an officer to be required to have his bowel movements recorded for later review. Or for him to record him telling his kids goodnight. Or telling his wife to go pull money out of the bank to fix the car.

There are any number of reasons for an officer to need to turn the camera off. Even including some on duty times. I would say introducing body cams is a start. There are many things to get worked out, and to litigate. Won't happen overnight but it's moving the right direction
