I've always said that there really are no original ideas anymore. It just depends upon who gets the funding first.

A simple rule I learned early on in business would apply to ATS thread titles as well. Under promise and over deliver. Simple really. Tell the customer you can get it done by Friday, then call on Wednesday and say "I am all done!" "You are welcome to pick up product today or wait until Friday if you would like." I see too much "We will have it done on Wednesday" and Friday rolls around before the product is complete.
