This article focuses on some of the goings-on behind the scenes at Ferguson.

Seems it's more organized than many want to believe.

Perhaps this wasn't all just spontaneous reactions.

Many professional players involved.

Professionals that do these things for a living.

One individual in particular, Lisa Fithian, has seen much action ...

So just who is ?*Lisa Fithian*?

The Ferguson riots are not what they seem and those behind them are professionals. One of the top organizers of the protesters for the Ferguson riots is Lisa Fithian, someone who was intimately involved in the Occupy Wall Street movement. She has been deemed “Professor Occupy.” In 2005 and 2008, Lisa Fithian, Root Activist Network of Trainers, (2005), Alliance for Community Trainers Inc. (2008), was voted onto the Steering Committee for United for Peace and Justice. United for Peace and Justice is a partner organization of the George Soros linked Institute for Policy Studies. Several Marxist organizations are involved in the UFPJ leadership, but the most influential has been the Communist Party USA.

Lisa Fithian joined the labor movement through the AFL-CIO Organizing Institute in 1993. She is considered a legendary organizer. She also served as a human shield in actions conducted by the International Solidarity Movement in the Palestinian cities of Jenin and Nablus and has accused Israel of “slaughter[ing] Palestinians every single day in Gaza and the Occupied territories.” These are just a few of her credits.

She is known as a "community organizer" now isn't that special?

She's been at it a long time and obviously she's successful because well ...you know, world peace and stuff - oh wait - never mind.

Sounds like you might know more about this than meets the eye.

But I'm a little confused about "Turtles"

It seems to me that many different groups have latched onto the Ferguson deal, for various reasons. As one would imagine it to be. But the one thing that has come out of it is the opening of some peoples eyes to the militarization of the police and corruption within. So let everyone play their own sides and in the end we shall see huh.

Many angles are being played out in Ferguson.

Many crises not going to waste.

"Turtles" is basically describing the behavior of a turtle when a threat is around. What does a turtle do when it's scared? It ducks its head and legs into its protective shell.

One person's failure could be another's success.

Yes I get it now thanks.

But I wonder who the "Turtles" are?

Who is "Hiding" in Ferguson?

Yes, of course I do. All leftists are in on all protests everywhere in the world. Socialist, Marxist, world domination is near and Ferguson is the key. I requested that I specifically have dominion over you, I think I've been a good enough pinko-commie to get a small favor. Almost all our Cloward-Piven duckies are in a row. Won't be long!

Seriously.

You should actually consider some better points.

This topic is not in the political forums.

I'm not bashing this.

She might be something like payed by CIA or whom ever to get ppl rally up and get them violent towards any issues so they can be ridiculed, shut down, ppl would just not look twice the issue in hand etc, or maybe she is just passionate about this world and the ppl and want to do everything she can to get ppl wake up and stand up for their rights, about different protest around the world, maybe she got these certain issues closer to her heart so she has gone after them and not just sit around and write in the forums abot em

Some countries its still realy quiet with ppl voices, they have no desire to stand up for each other, everybody wait for their own turn to be #ed up by government or any of the offices and then they go to extremes but one or few voices will not get much attention these places anyhow, its few minute fame and its already old news. Thats more sad to me than ppl get up and stand for their rights side by side with ease and passion and if must throw few stones
no not really with stones, violent is not the answer, its better even to take beating when you fellow citizen stand next to you taking the beating as well, that is a victory! That also shows that we must get even closer the issues and push harder, if they want to beat us down show it to the world, more ppl will come soon enough and move closer and closer until they must either kill you all off or realize you want your voices to heard and things to change for better.

According to Kali74's post, that would be the right wing turtling in. Turtling implies a defensive posture and I don't think many involved with Ferguson and the related protests are necessarily taking an offensive posture. I think they are likely going on the offense.

Just to clarify:

The protests serve as a catalyst for a larger police state.

The opposition to the protests will support greater police/military action, and supporters will be used for a visible excuse and target. Seems like both sides are useful idiots.

"Don't make me get my belt!"

No. The State is not a parent. Citizens are not children needing to behave to limit the punishment. The Constitution limits the State. They push, we push back... as many times as it takes. Citizens agree to common sense laws but when the laws stop making sense that's where our obligation ends to follow them. If they would listen it could all be solved much easier, but they aren't listening and since we don't have the money to buy their ears... we'll fight in the only manner we have left.

Live on your knees or die on your feet?

I don't believe I said, suggested, or remotely implied the state should be the parents of the masses.

The state is just another outdated, and barbaric system of control. So you would fight for a more archaic, and bloody system such as democracy? The world you hope for, and the world that is coming, are not the same thing.

We tend to become like the worst in those we oppose.
