The incident took place when residents of Los Angeles gathered and protested against police on Saturday night.

Police often use what is called a “snatch and grab” maneuver on protesters.

This occurs when a group of officers targets a random protester from among the crowd, then swarms in, grabs the protester, and places him or her under arrest in front of everybody.

Maybe that wasnt good enough.

From the video uploader.

After purposely leading protestors into the street on two occasions, LAPD officers kettled and detained over a hundred marchers. Each detainee was zip-tide and asked various questions such "where do you live", "where did you grown up", and "what is your social security number". All of which, are questions detainees are not required to answer in the state of California. The information collected by LAPD is being databased, and on some occasions it's shared with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies. The woman in this video was subjected to an aggressive search of her body that included the touching of her breasts and vagina. The officer claimed she needed to search for weapons. The woman was eventually lead away toward the direction of the paddy wagon.

I have a source and a video to support my post.

Your "source" is a anonymous "hate the police" blog, your video does not support your claims at all.

So far.. non of your arguments would be valid for court. You would lose.

So you think a anonymous "hate the police" blog would be valid in court, or a misnamed video would be valid?

That is not evidence. That is the site owner pointing out what he feels is 'typical' police tactics in the area and inferring that this is what transpired despite the lack of video evidence to support him.

Is there a video of her being pulled randomly out of the protest? If no, then how can anyone say for certain what occurred prior to the filming?

No dude...

I am perfectly coherent in my responses and they are absolutely valid.

The police cannot in America just pull you out of a protest for no reason, absolutely no reason and walk up behind you and start grabbing your private parts before they release you.

What are YOU not understanding? The video shows this woman already restrained. Prior to the commencement of the video. All things being equal she was restrained for something deemed against the law. So with that in mind she has MAYBE provided the officer with a reason to do an OVER THE CLOTHES pat down. BY a FEMALE officer as well.

You are inventing things that we have no proof over. What happened before the video started is speculation. HOW do YOU know she was peacefully protesting???? where you there? DO we have video of that? NO.

So, sorry but you are not being clever. You are being very biased.

Good you finally make sense.

Sorry but you have no evidence to support your assumption whereas i have clear video evidence.

Did you look in the background of the video? did you see what was happening?

I have video evidence and witness testimony. you have an assumption. Thanks.

Sorry but if i was a defense attorney i would beat you in court.

Wrong again, I am not your god.

Just someone who points out your mistakes, like the video on searches having nothing at all to do with this thread.

What do you have to support your point of view?

Nothing.

You do realise it is a female officer carrying out the search?

So what? So because it's a same-sex officer, it's ok for that officer to molest this woman? What, is it also ok for men in the military to be raped by other men, because they're the same sex?
Sexual assault is sexual assault, it doesn't matter one bit what the sexes involved are.
