HEATED CNN Interview: Bassem Masri Battles CNN's Michael Smerconish over the escalating protests in Ferguson, Missouri. Michael Brown shooting: leaders urge calm ahead of grand jury decision. “There’s blood on the street and you’re worried about words. Come on, man! That’s what journalists are missing right now. Why don’t you go investigate something real?… Why don’t you worry about us getting killed?”

This guy is good, not the anchor but the protestor. I like his vigor and he clearly articulates some very good points. Worth a watch if you can.

Talks about citizens having a right to be mad at how they are being treat for LEO, they should fear us and not us fearing them, he shows the video of Mike Brown's father.

The following is my opinion as a member participating in this discussion.

Actually, it should be neither.

We shouldn't be afraid of LEOs, and they it turn should not be afraid of citizens.

Scared cops tend to shoot first and ask questions later.

Bassem Masri had his phone stolen 4 days ago and was arrested at gunpoint from an unmarked vehicle 3 days ago. He believes he was targeted by police agitators and it's hard not to believe him. Deputies have flat out told one of the protest organizers they follow him on twitter, they said protests were going to occur at a walmart as a false flag and several dozen police showed up.

His bail was set at 15,000 cash only. Arrested for "driving with a suspended license" when he was in the passenger seat of a friend's vehicle. His live stream was the best in ferguson IMO.

Let's all just stay calm. That will fix everything.
Being raped and murdered is just like the weather. If you just wait it will change.
This is the message of the lame stream media.

That dude has been posting about getting new guns because he's watched all the "rioting." He's scared the minorities in his neighborhood are going to get violent and come get him. Don't justify his ignorance with a response.

Looks like the protester made this guy own his " head dead yet" journalism.

Journalist don't like being outed.

Head dead yet, if it bleeds it leads, terms of endearment for the dirt bags in journalism that thrive on people hurt, dead or dying .

Why is it than when I try to watch this video and ONLY this video, do I not get sound? Is there audio? If so, I can play other youtube videos and any other audio on my computer but none for this.

Why did his dad/stepdad look like a zombie, as he read from a teleprompter?
You can see his eyes move as he is reading. Is that SOP for this type of interview?
Seems very scripted imo

Yes, but who is doing the killing? Every problem should be addressed at its source.

CNN is an embarrassment. This young man put them in their place.

Did CNN report the news that protestors were outside its offices and where upset about the bias reporting ?

No wonder people turn on CNN reporters when they get out of the studio and are not getting larges amounts of police protection.

Excellent example of CNN's ongoing psy-ops of controlled opposition.
