No. Altering a non-terrestrial planet to support Terran lifeforms is seen as terraforming.

A planet doesn't have a frequency. And you have to say "frequency of what", if you're going to use the term. It is meaningless by itself.

There are many anomalies in our universe which we have observed and have been reported to which we really have no answers as to what is causing them.

There is a new theory that has been proposed recently, the "many interacting worlds" theory that suggests parallel universes exert force on our universe and all parallel universes interact with each other including our own. This theory could be the answer to many anomalies which we haven't found an answer for, such as the secular increase in the astronomical unit(distance) of our solar system from the sun, and the universe for that matter, which cannot be explained by standard models.

It's a work on progress but it's very interesting and shows promise.

Yes the knowledge of how the universe interacts with energy is a very interesting field and skeptics will be the last to accept anything outside of they consider possible. I believe in parallel universes interacting with our own as well. I applaud you for your good research on the topic.

As to the shield around the earth doesnt it make you think of the death stars shield? Or how this field may be used to keep all communication in or out of the earth from reaching beyond it? Just think for a moment if you wanted to cloak the earth this would be a good way to do it, also stop radio frequency from tipping off alien planets and probes to where we may be in space time.

Just saying there are plenty of uses for a force field to stop incomming or outgoing energies or even spirits.

Stop metor collisions and cosmic rays from hitting the earth etc. . . .
Who knows perhaps all of the above.

Very Interesting! This was part of the plot of "Men In Black III". Will Smith travels back in time to save a younger version (Josh Brolin) of his partner (Tommy Lee Jones), who has to attach a medallion from a friendly ET/alien to a launching rocket at Cape Canaveral. Once beyond Earth, the medallion activates the "Ark Net":

The electric universe theory proposes that electricity plays a more important role in the universe than is generally accepted.

You will get a lot of people who have this misconception that for some reason in their minds gravity has got to be the most important force when they can't see past two inches from their noses and realize that in the universe electricity is as important as gravity.

Take a look for example at life on planet Earth, those who think the electric universe theory is nonsense would have you believe that water is more important than oxygen, or that you don't need carbon, or CO2 for life to exist... BTW, that was an analogy. Their argument is that one force is more important than all the others when this is simply a fallacy on their part to try to make one force the most important one.

This is similar to trying to claim that a proton is more important than an electron, or than a neutron, when in fact for an atom to exist all three are equally important.

BTW, there are many different theories that have been dubbed as "electric universe theory", although they have similarities they are all not the same.

True. But it was still a "global electronic net" protecting Earth. And since scientists still don't know where our real "global electronic net" came from or how it operates, there is plenty of room for speculation. And the SciFi screenwriters in Hollywood seem plugged in to some extra-terrestrial ideas I've only corroborated on credible ET/UFO sites:

1) Will and Tommy Lee's hand-guns in the Chinese restaurant scenes, obliterated their targets into just tendrils of goo in the air. Similar to the alien handgun at Area 51, when an ET/alien attempted to escape. (The ET shot a gate guard, who either imploded or exploded, but the largest piece they found of him was quarter-size.)

2) The friendly ET/alien at Andy Worhol's party, Griffin the Arkanon, was wrapped in so many coats, scarves and an arctic hat, that the actor must have needed face powder every 3 minutes to keep down the visible sweat. One of the ETs in the one known "exchange program" (out of three) was too cold in North America.

He ended up staying underground in Los Alamos, Nevada, because he was too cold above ground. So this "well padded/bundled" Griffin-the-ET made me laugh. Sort of an inside-joke, I guess.

3) One of the sub-themes, was the escape of an evil and dangerous ET from Lunar-Max Prison. SPOILER ALERT! The evil-alien had been caught in the past by "K" (Tommy Lee), but "K" hadn't killed him. The evil ET had killed "K" instead. In the revised-timeline, "K" kills him instead, and "K" survives.

This is in line with ET Wars all over the cosmos, according to what I've read. Some wars will rage for thousands of years, until every last ET of a species is dead. (As a reincarnationist, I've thought a lot about this. Perhaps reincarnating into the same always-supreme-evil species does more harm than good for everyone - even souls waiting to reincarnate into another body.) This is what has happened to a lot of Reptoid sub-species.

4) Will and Josh travel to Cape Canaveral on "jet-packs" that are more like NASA's Orion capsules. Curious how this shape of space capsule keeps cropping up in NASA designs.

Well I dont know if scientists have considered any truly logical explanation like the earth was designed to have a force field.

Just a thought, the electron shield could be there to stop any stargate activity from other worlds in and also to keep any ET forces trapped on earth that would be using a type of gate technology trapped on world.

Sounds reasonable, BUT there are vortices that open and close spontaneously during lightning and thunder storms. (This may be what Tesla was really working on, with his lightning studies when he died.)

Indeed a kind of quantum tunneling effect coud most likely bypass the shield, so I guess only sub-atomic travelers could bypass it without notice.

There are no killer electrons. Otherwise the Apollo missions wouldn't have made it to the Moon.
