At a depth of 600 meters, researchers from the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute captured video of one of the least documented and craziest fish in the world: a 9cm long Melanocetus sp. deep-sea angler, AKA black seadevil. You may remember seeing an animated depiction of this fish in a obscure lil' movie called "Finding Nemo."
