This is hilarious. I wonder if the poster on Ebay was an evicted tenant or an oppossing attorney. Either way, they are pissed. This judge is going to be pissed when he finds out his picture is on ebay as well lol

Upon closer inspection, and in reading the fine print one can see that this is actually for an audio tape of culled court cases ...

Obviously posted by someone who disagreed with an adverse ruling... surprised Ebay would allow something like this... I should think this is illegal, although I'm not a lawyer... there must be laws to protect the dignity of court officers... I believe there are in Canada, but I don't know about the US.
