48. Margaret Sanger Birth Control in America, The Career of Margaret Sanger, by David Kennedy, p. 117, quoting a 1923 Sanger speech. believed that, for the purpose of racial "purification," couples should be rewarded who chose sterilization.

49. Margaret Sanger Birth Control Review, April 1932 Couples should be required to submit applications to have a child, she wrote in her "Plan for Peace."

50. Margaret Sanger wrote in the Birth Control Review, Nov. 1921 (p. 2) The purpose in promoting birth control was "to create a race of thoroughbreds,"

51. Margaret Sanger, Birth Control Review, May 1919, p. 12 "More children from the fit, less from the unfit -- that is the chief aim of birth control."

52. Margaret Sanger Birth Control Review, April 1932, p. 107 In her "Plan for Peace," Sanger outlined her strategy for eradication of those she deemed "feebleminded." Among the steps included in her evil scheme were immigration restrictions; compulsory sterilization; segregation to a lifetime of farm work; etc.

53. Woman's Body, Woman's Right: A Social History of Birth Control in America, by Linda Gordon "We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population," she said, "if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members."

54. Thomas Ferguson, State Department Office of Population Affairs “There is a single theme behind all our work–we must reduce population levels. Either governments do it our way, through nice clean methods, or they will get the kinds of mess that we have in El Salvador, or in Iran or in Beirut. Population is a political problem. Once population is out of control, it requires authoritarian government, even fascism, to reduce it….” “Our program in El Salvador didn’t work. The infrastructure was not there to support it. There were just too goddamned many people…. To really reduce population, quickly, you have to pull all the males into the fighting and you have to kill significant numbers of fertile age females….” The quickest way to reduce population is through famine, like in Africa, or through disease like the Black Death….

55. Dr. Eric Pianka University of Texas evolutionary ecologist and lizard expert, showed solutions for reducing the world’s population to an audience on population control “War and famine would not do. Instead, disease offered the most efficient and fastest way to kill the billions that must soon die if the population crisis is to be solved. AIDS is not an efficient killer because it is too slow. My favorite candidate for eliminating 90 percent of the world’s population is airborne Ebola (Ebola Reston), because it is both highly lethal and it kills in days, instead of years. “We’ve got airborne diseases with 90 percent mortality in humans. Killing humans. Think about that. “You know, the bird flu’s good, too. For everyone who survives, he will have to bury nine”

56. Initiative for the United Nations ECO-92 EARTH CHARTER “The present vast overpopulation, now far beyond the world carrying capacity, cannot be answered by future reductions in the birth rate due to contraception, sterilization and abortion, but must be met in the present by the reduction of numbers presently existing. This must be done by whatever means necessary.”

57. Mark Earley in The Wrong Kind of Party Christian Post 10/27 2008 “In South America, the government of Peru goes door to door pressuring women to be sterilized and they are funded by American tax dollars to do this.”
58. Marjo Van Dijken (author of the bill in the Netherlands) in the Guardian "Women in the Netherlands who are deemed by the state to be unfit mothers should be sentenced to take contraception for a prescribed period of two years.”
59. Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes “The principle that sustains compulsory vaccination is broad enough to cover cutting the Fallopian tubes.”

60. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg “Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.”
61. -Aldous Huxley, Tavistock Group, California Medical School, 1961 "There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution."

62. These next few quotes are out of the book Ecoscience co written by John P. Holdren the science czar appointed by Obama:
Page 837:
Indeed, it has been concluded that compulsory population-control laws, even including laws requiring compulsory abortion, could be sustained under the existing Constitution if the population crisis became sufficiently severe to endanger the society.
Page 786-7:
A program of sterilizing women after their second or third child, despite the relatively greater difficulty of the operation than vasectomy, might be easier to implement than trying to sterilize men. ... The development of a long-term sterilizing capsule that could be implanted under the skin and removed when pregnancy is desired opens additional possibilities for coercive fertility control. The capsule could be implanted at puberty and might be removable, with official permission, for a limited number of births.
Page 787-8:
Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control. Indeed, this would pose some very difficult political, legal, and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems. No such sterilant exists today, nor does one appear to be under development. To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements: it must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.

-Obama’s Science czar John P. Holdren “The Planetary Regime might be given responsibility for determining the optimum population for the world and for each region and for arbitrating various countries’ shares within their regional limits. Control of population size might remain the responsibility of each government, but the Regime would have some power to enforce the agreed limits.”

63. William Benton, Assistant U.S. Secretary of State at UNESCO 1946
UNESCO is the United Nations Education, Science and Cultural Organization) “As long as a child breathes the poisoned air of nationalism, education in world-mindedness can produce only precarious results. As we have pointed out, it is frequently the family that infects the child with extreme nationalism. The schools therefore use the means described earlier to combat family attitudes that favor jingoism (nationalism)…we shall presently recognize in nationalism the major obstacle to development of world mindedness. We are at the beginning of a long process of breaking down the walls of national sovereignty. UNESCO must be the pioneer.”

64. Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen, April 28, 1997, Testimony before Congressional Committee: “There have been ‘triage’ proposals that would condemn whole nations to death through some species of global ‘benign neglect’. There have been schemes for coercing people to curtail their fertility, by physical and legal means that are ominously left unspecified. Now we are told that we must curtail rather than extend our efforts to feed the hungry peoples of the world. Where will it end?”

65. Barry Commoner, Making Peace with the Planet “And advanced forms of biological warfare that can target specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool.”

66. Theodore Roosevelt to Charles B. Davenport, January 3, 1913, Charles B. Davenport Papers, Department of Genetics, Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y.: “I wish very much that the wrong people could be prevented entirely from breeding; and when the evil nature of these people is sufficiently flagrant, this should be done. Criminals should be sterilized and feebleminded persons forbidden to leave offspring behind them…The emphasis should be laid on getting desirable people to breed…”

67. Theodore Roosevelt: “Society has no business to permit degenerates to reproduce their kind…. Any group of farmers, who permitted their best stock not to breed, and let all the increase come from the worst stock, would be treated as fit inmates for an asylum…. Some day we will realize that the prime duty, the inescapable duty of the good citizens of the right type is to leave his or her blood behind him in the world; and that we have no business to permit the perpetuation of citizens of the wrong type. The great problem of civilization is to secure a relative increase of the valuable as compared with the less valuable or noxious elements in the population… The problem cannot be met unless we give full consideration to the immense influence of heredity…” “I wish very much that the wrong people could be prevented entirely from breeding; and when the evil nature of these people is sufficiently flagrant, this should be done. Criminals should be sterilized and feebleminded persons forbidden to leave offspring behind them… The emphasis should be laid on getting desirable people to breed…”

68. Michael Coffman- “The UN says property rights are not absolute and unchanging, but are there for the convenience of whatever government wants to do.”

69. Michael Coffman “Nobody owns biodiversity, so everything we do impinges on biodiversity. Property rights become meaningless. At the Rio De Janeiro Summit it was decided that the Global Environmental Facility would be the depository of all property rights.”

70. UN Biodiversity Assessment on Sustainable Human Population; US Senate September 9, 1994:
“A reasonable estimate for an industrialized world society at the present North American material standard of living would be one billion people. This must be implemented within 30-50 years, 2/3’s of the population must be cut.”

71. IUCN 1992 Covenant On the Environment and Development: “Eventually a wilderness network would dominate a region and thus would itself constitute the matrix, with human habitations being the islands. The remaining half of the US would be used as buffer zones.”

72. Henry Kissinger had a similar plan to use food as a weapon in 1974, found in the National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests; which was adopted as official policy by then President Gerald Ford in November of 1975. This Memorandum outlined a covert plan to reduce population growth in lesser-developed countries by means of birth control, and implicitly, war and famine. Brent Scowcroft, who had by then replaced Kissinger as National Security Advisor, (the same post Scowcroft held in the Bush Administration), was put in charge of implementing the plan. CIA Director George H.W. Bush was ordered to assist Scowcroft, as were the Secretaries of State, Treasury, Defense and Agriculture. This document has never been renounced, only certain portions have been amended, leaving it as the foundational document on population control issued in the U.S. Government. The major players in the founding of this document are as follows:
Henry Kissinger, Richard Nixon, Margaret Sanger, Paul Ehrlich, Werner Fornos, Timothy Wirth, The United Nations Population Fund, The United States Agency for International Development, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, International Planned Parenthood Federation, The Club of Rome, UNICEF, WHO, United Nations, World Bank
The document can be read here in its entirety, along with the other organizations and individuals complicit in this abomination:
www.usmutes.com...

73. Let it be noted that Adolph Hitler also used food as weapon, stating that food is “a beautiful instrument…for maneuvering and disciplining the masses.”

74. The Earth Charter; A Radical Global Religion, created by Mikhail Gorbachev and Michael Strong: “The Earth Charter initiative reflects the conviction that a radical change in humanity’s attitudes and values is essential to achieve social, economic and ecological well-being in the 21st century… The commission…plans to circulate a final version of the Charter as a People’s Treaty beginning in mid-1998. The Charter will be submitted to the U.N. General Assembly in the year 2000…(where it will) ensure a very strong document that reflects the emerging new global ethics.” This is unprecedented (it is) the first component of an authentic global governance. We are working for dialogue and peace. We are demonstrating our ability to assert control over our fate in a spirit of solidarity to organize our collective sovereignty over this planet, our common heritage.”
The American people were not allowed to see this. Americans as a whole do not want the UN to be the head of a world government. The one thing the majority of this country values, above most everything else, is their freedom. Or the semblance of freedom we have left should I say.
At the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, the Presidential Council on Sustainable Development in 1996 came to the conclusion that the world’s human population should not exceed 500 million people. That is a 93% reduction in population!
According to the UN video, “Armed to the Teeth”; and also in the Freedom From War Policy -put into effect by JFK in 1961-general and complete disarmament and US military power was given over, in full, to the UN. This is a loss of the sovereignty of America. (Read this document at www.scribd.com... From-War).

75. Smart Meters - The Family Dependency Ratio, under the United Nations, will look at every household. They will gauge what that household has produced in accordance with what it has used (i.e., resources) by the water bills, energy bills, etc. Are you using more than you are producing? Are you adding to the collective, or merely taking away? This is how the powers that be will determine whether you are a productive citizen, or, in the words of Henry Kissinger, “A useless eater”.

76. [2009 July] Obama Science Advisor Called For “Planetary Regime” To Enforce Totalitarian Population Control Measures Forcibly and unknowingly sterilizing the entire population by adding infertility drugs to the nation’s water and food supply. Legalizing “compulsory abortions,” ie forced abortions carried out against the will of the pregnant women, as is common place in Communist China where women who have already had one child and refuse to abort the second are kidnapped off the street by the authorities before a procedure is carried out to forcibly abort the baby. Implementing a system of “involuntary birth control,” where both men and women would be mandated to have an infertility device implanted into their body at puberty and only have it removed temporarily if they received permission from the government to have a baby. - Permanently sterilizing people who the authorities deem have already had too many children or who have contributed to “general social deterioration”.

77. From The Pivot of Civilization quoted in Margaret Sanger (founder of Planned Parenthood), by Elsah Droghin. "Those least fit to carry on the race are increasing most rapidly … Funds that should be used to raise the standard of our civilization are diverted to maintenance of those who should never have been born."

78. Lord Bertrand Russell, The Impact of Science On Society (Routledge Press: New York, 1951). "At present the population of the world is increasing at about 58,000 per diem. War, so far, has had no very great effect on this increase, which continued throughout each of the world wars.. War has hitherto been disappointing in this respect, but perhaps bacteriological war may prove effective.
If a Black Death could spread throughout the world once in every generation, survivors could procreate freely without making the world too full. The state of affairs might be unpleasant, but what of it?”

79. Rocky Mountain News, “State prepares for bioterrorism Executive orders give governor additional powers”, February 8, 2003 "The state of Colorado could seize antibiotics, cremate disease-ridden corpses and, under extreme circumstances, dig mass graves under executive orders…Infected corpses might have to be isolated at temporary morgues to prevent the spread of disease, Estock said. In certain situations, mass cremations or burials might be required. ‘I don’t want to come across as saying the state’s going to make this decision to do mass cremations and ruin the lives of families. That’s certainly not the intent,’ Estock said. ‘But it (the executive order) just gives us maximum flexibility.’ "

80. David Rockefeller, in Baden, Germany at the June 1991 annual meeting of the Bilderberg Group. “We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promise of discretion for almost forty years… It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto determination practiced in past centuries.”

81. Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen, April 28, 1997; Testimony before Congressional Committee: “There are some reports, for example, that some countries have been trying to construct something like an Ebola Virus, and that would be a very dangerous phenomenon, to say the least. Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that’s why this is so important.”

Ok that's what I have and it only took me like 30 minutes a year ago to gather all those before I quit and went and threw up. So yeah they can, will, want to, and we are screwed.

Deregulation would increase birth control usage. It's not just about cost, it's about access.

I make my regular point(U.S. Perspective):

You can buy a handgun, vodka, and tobacco over the counter but a woman can't buy birth control without first going to the doctor for a prescription.

The issue is that women are different. They only have half the brain of men and alcoholics so they are unable to take something as dangerous as birth control without first paying 100$ for a doctor visit that they may not be able to get to because they are poor and don't have car or 100$. If only their brains were big enough to read labels or understand English then the over the counter thing might work. Unfortunate.

I guarantee if it is deregulated and only a dollar you will see many women getting it. But it's never that easy right?

yeah, you have to go to the doc and get a script but you can get a script with enough refills for a year so it really is just 1 visit. being as it is a medicine and all that seems fine to me.
birth control meds mess with hormones and effect menstrual cycles so yeah, i think its a good idea to be seen by a doctor first.

thats my thoughts

I wonder what hidden 'goodies' are in those shots to make women STERILE for the remainder of their lives.

:/

I'm sure it's all purely coincidental (end sarcasm) that after the vaccination programme for Polio began in India, a country with extremely high birth rates, those high birth rates began to fall...like a rock.

Within a single decade, birth rates have dropped an average of 19% - 20%. The sudden and dramatic drop in pregnancies may arguably be attributed to better education, increased exposure to birth control and young, upwardly mobile people preferring to concentrate on careers and higher education.

Although the facts show this is not the case.

The data shows that people in the 20 - 35 age group, those most likely to wish to start families cannot conceive.

I've read reports from Indian fertility professionals, citing figures are being of 35% - 45% of people in that age group, who try to start a family are finding that they simply cannot fall pregnant...and this is in a country previously known for it's extremely high birth rates.

More and more are turning to assisted fertility programmes, such as IVF (those that can afford the cost of treatment of course) in order to have a family.

This sharp decline in natural fertility and birthrates is unexplainable, unless other outside agents are factored.

Could the Polio vaccine contain something else that is contributing to the infertility being experienced by many young adults in India?

I think so....especially when we are reminded of Mr. Gates' s TED talk speech about ''If we can get our vaccinations right, we can expect to lower birthrates by as much as 15%..'' (paraphrasing there, but we all know the TED talk i'm referring to)

Well...Mr. Gates and others are all over India and have been since 2006..a coincidence? Perhaps.

Many might ask is it a bad thing that fertility is dropping like a rock in India?

Is it the lesser of two evils if Wild type Polio is brought under control but in doing so drastically lowers the collective fertility of the people in India?

Debatable as a purely quantitative issue, but to those wishing for a family, i'd imagine it would be devastating on an individual personal level.

Personally i feel that there is some merit to the idea of population reduction in poorer countries..but, choice and informed consent, or lack of that informed consent among those who will ultimately be made infertile as part of a population reduction drive is at the ethical heart of the issue.

I'd agree with that.

But, who has the right to make that choice? Who gets to decide who may perpetuate their genetic heritage and who cannot?

I understand a healthier population should automatically if incrementally result in a naturally lowering of birthrates for the reason you gave, but that is not what is being seen in India.

Sure Polio is down, even though only a very small percentage of those infected with Wild Polio, around 0.5% infected show any symptoms or suffer any negatives from the infection. So for those potential half a percent that would have been severely disabled or worse by contracting Polio, eradicating Polio is going to be very welcome.

However, since such a very small number of India's population are affected in any life changing way by Polio, it is really not a consideration when talking about a healthier population being the cause of lowered birthrates, as the actual percentages do not reflect the overall drop in fertility of 19% - 20% of the entire Indian population.

Besides, it isn't a question of choice whether to start a family, or delaying having a family because of some new confidence in general Indian health as a whole..people are trying to get pregnant and are finding they are effectively sterile and need specialist medical help to conceive.

I do agree with your point that a healthier population has a greater expectation of a longer life and less chances of infant mortality, but the facts don't back that up as being the cause of such a massive drop in the birthrate.

I think you might be confused by what is meant by fertility rate. It doesn't generally mean actual fertility but the number of children women have in average.
You would expect this to drop as the economy and infant mortality improves.
Apologies if you are actually refering to medical fertility, if so could you provide a link showing it has decreased?
Edit to add : Have reread earlier post and see you are referring to both. Is there evidence of a decline in natural fertility?
