Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but it is alien related.

Anyone know of some good books about the whole Area 51/ Roswell incident? I want a good credible author who isn't a fraud...

The Day After Roswell written by United States Army Colonel Philip J. Corso.

Witness to Roswell by Donald Schmitt and Thomas Carey. Very fact oriented.

The two books by Richard Dolan 'UFOs and the National Security State'; he's a trained historian and takes a very thorough and measured point of view towards things; there was a lot of FOIA releases during the Carter era and that's when he got some or most of his information. He seems to vet things as well as anyone can.

You'll find there are always people debunking books and movies about Roswell and the rest of it; you really have to make up your own mind. Even Corso's book has been called the rantings of someone on their deathbed, which hardly seems likely.

You beat me to it. That was probably one of the absolute best one's concerning Area 51.

you might want to add The Day After Roswell, Corso P. to whichever ones are suggested here.

edit: that's funny I just read the other suggestion of the same book. Maybe you should just read that one?

Anything by Jim Marrs. He has covered the holy trinity of conspiracies, JFK Assassination, Roswell and 9/11.

You should try reading something on either Area 51 or Roswell. The two are not connected- not in reality anyway.
For Roswell, try UFO Crash at Roswell by Saler, Benson and Moore.
For Area 51, try Dreamland by Phil Patton.
