hi guys,

I thought this would be right up ATS'ers street,

A man named John Hindley photographed a UFO, the interesting thing here is that he managed to capture the anomaly twice, which should give us something to base our judgments on,

The photographer is a self professed non-believer and described what he saw as a "Glitch" in the sky

the original article is here with the images - for some reason ATS wont let me link to my own uploaded images!

UFO captured twice over Manchester, UK

It looks like either something on the lens of the camera, from the perspective on the image to the object, or (tinfoil hat time) something in the sky that is refracting light around it like you would expect to see a cloaked craft / plane / helicopter / mother ship -delete as appropriate as your mind is willing to go

so ATS, what do you reckon we have here?

It's just a thought but as he took the picture through a window it looks to me like a reflection of a light behind him on the window glass , possibly an LED light cluster

Perhaps something like this..

From the link…

…which floated over the Pennines mountain range for half an hour before vanishing.

I took two photos and then just left it.

Uh, huh.

I would agree...you can even faintly see the outline of the light enclosure.

I also agree a reflection is what we are seeing. Recently someone convinced my wife's grandmother they took a picture of a ghost. It was the exact same kind of reflection because the picture was also taken through a window. The supposed ghost was the reflection of a man sitting behind and to the right of the picture taker.
I took her to a window and proved how easily the illusion is created.
It was eye opening for her but also a little disappointing. Not everyone likes thier illusions taken away.

The _ is the word window but it won't post it that way? Now I'm having a glitch.
