It's a fuzzy photo.

Could be a climber could be underwear, could be white fur? Who knows.

I don't see hardhat, maybe sunglasses but whatever it is, it's unidentified to me. Most likely a human made up but how? Can't say. None of us truly can unless the people who are behind it can speak up.

Looks like it has some very pronounced eyes. Also looks to be around 4-5 feet tall.

The metal around the waistline is very odd too, also appears to be holding something metallic/shiny as well.

Pretty interesting picture, assuming the story is honest and it is not your average hoax.

However, there are too many strikingly bizarre features for me to agree with the feral-logger-in-a-hard-hat theory.

A guy wearing glasses fishing. If it was at the south US border, it was an alien crossing the river.
