the "NEW" revelations of apostate Mormon Prophets (1958-1968)

It's always going to be a problem when you base your religion on the teachings of a prophet. If you allow for one prophet to exist, you're pretty much stuck with having to deal with all of them. But I suppose that's why churches are organized and people who aren't prophets are put in charge of keeping the faith and the keeping message "pure." And why churches tend to splinter into so many smaller sects (or cults).

They're talking about 'the one strong and mighty' with concerns about who would lead humanity after the prophet Joseph. Not really new Mormon info, a lot of their theology seems mad weird, especially compared to what the modern LDS church is (a completely different institution) so I don't find this that far out at all, the early Mormons (especially the prophet Joseph) were extremely spiritual , in a sense today that informed people would deem as satanism or a type of witch craft, so once again not that weird to me. But cool thread, the more to read about Mormons the better
