I think it may be for a while. In my mind what is happening is we are now playing nice with most of the OPEC countries, and they are playing nice, because we are at the point where we hardly use middle eastern oil and can survive without it. And notice the lack of drama in the news daily on the middle eastern situations besides ISIS. The American people don't have the stomach for war anymore. Plus so many nations have our money influencing their economy, the middle east needs us to be strong financially.
