I'm not saying pharmacological intervention isn't useful, but all the science indicates that therapy should be conducted first; and we shouldn't pretend either like our understanding of brain-chemistry, and knowing something about one neurochemical when dozens are involved in any mental state, has that much of an effect.

The richer elderly should invest in robotics companies. More people lose their jobs to robots and automation and they become potential health care workers.

There are some robots which are great for human interaction such as children learning about robotics, also autism and it might even be used as a kind of pet. And robots are also going to be used for things like measuring a patients vital life signs. But they will not be much more than extensions of human workers, at least not for the next century.
