They wont attempt to impeach Obama unless he does something that is WAY off the charts. SImply replacing him with Biden makes no sense. They are better off attempting to pass laws that Obama will veto so Obama and through association the dems look like they are inhibiting progress. This way the 2016 election will be a second wave for the republicans.

Take some good advice and lose the Citizens United name. Its doesn't mean anything and is associated with suspicion. Didn't you guys get the memo?

Step back from the ledge, OK?

It ain't that bad. You guys are in much better shape to fend off bad legislation than we conservatives were for a good while at the start of this administration. You've still got the presidency, which means you still have the veto in the worst case scenario. We had nothing...and were probably in a worse climate for public opinion. We took our hits and recovered. Sooner or later, so will the Democrat party, as bad as I hate to admit it.

But, being a good conservative, I've got to mess with you a little. So you're worried about the GOP coercing a few Dems to break the filibuster, right? Forget that. The thing that should concern you isn't Congress. Look at the state legislatures. The GOP controls 67 of 98, so I hear. That's already enough to call a constitutional convention. Its only 7 short of being able to ratify new amendments.

Have a nice day

Obviously this Liberal/Progressive outlook is par for the course.

Always a negative attitude and ultra blame cast off of their own backs.

There's nothing left.

This will get worse.

We ain't seen noth'n yet as they say.

The jealous planners behind the scenes will smear and rip anything that moves.

This was predicted a few weeks ago.

Complete failure/breakdown.

Let's not forget that conservative ideas destabalized this economy to begin with.

Would that be Clinton's signing of NAFTA, trying to expand on it with WTO or Clinton's overturning of home loan lending laws?

Of course the biggest and most ignored factor to the 2008 collapse was the affect of minimum wage rates going from $6.35 to $7.25,

But one other thing about Clinton that no one mentions... One of his last acts was to open the strategic oil reserve to the open market. People recall rather fondly that gas was selling for $0.87/gal just before George W took office. And crude oil was about $20/bbl. Ever stop to think that the 19 hijackers were mostly from Saudi Arabia and the rest from other OPEC nations?

Because republicans are brain-eating-vampire-clown-zombies from the planet Hate.

Not true. You can't have a functioning zombie unless the brain is intact. If there is ever a zombie apocalypse, I'm heading for Washington, DC. No chance of a corpse re-animating there.

Wait, those evil GOP's want to end minimum wage completely so they can get away with paying people only 20¢ a day to toss grannies off cliffs?

Yeah, that's their plan all right, but they're going to throw the immigrants off the cliff first, then gay people, then granny.

Seriously they will probably obliterate the economy by cutting government to the bone. Most people have no idea how much business depends on government, not to mention it's one of the biggest employers in the country.

That's one of the biggest problems we face.

Because government employees get paid with tax-payer dollars.

I think any intelligent human being can see that politics is a farce in 2014..

The Federal government of the united states has been corrupted by corporations, lobbyist etc. the stars of the 2010's are the health insurance companies...

There will be nothing given to the people, it will continue to be about money and power...

That is why we have starving kids in america still almost 300 hundred years later...

it has almost been 300 years, and if you ask me, the constitution is in the rear view we barely still have the bill of rights... About it, and the right to free press has already been compromised...

Gonna be just more of the same...

The argument is part of the polarity of the control they have over you...

Sadly I agree its corporate money that get them elected, promotes legislation, and otherwise puts the people second! I read somewhere that in the huge cafeteria's of the house and senate buildings at any given time 80% of the people eating there are lobbyist!

SInce their all on the take there is not way of removing the $ from the corps will ever see the day of light.

The only politicians I see even remotely acting based on what they said they would do is the conservatives like Cruz, West, and the lot. We all have seen how the RHino's and the dems demonize those guys. it doesn't take a genius to figure out money is the root of the evil.

This is actually funny! .Your post is more like a whine with the familiar Eyore "whoa is me"....

Please tell me how Obama and the democrats have helped you in the last 6 years? And how is the influx
of 34 million illegals gonna help you NOT live pay check to pay check....

You need to let party names go and look at what these individuals in congress propose, not Republicans but Republicans and Democrats!!

And one other thing about Clinton, he had Usama Bin Laden in his sights but was too busy defending "That depends on what you mean is, is" and great other stories stemming from a "blue dress"!!

Gang, the GOP gaining two branches is not the end of the world. I am a business owner. I have created 14 jobs in the last 6 years. I am glad I may get a little tax break because I'm planning on creating 10 to 20 more jobs. Not minimum wage jobs...great paying jobs. We pay 60% of healthcare for our people. We offer life and short-term disability for our employees. We open 401ks and pay in whether they contribute or not. Our company is like about 80% of the companies in America. The bulk of jobs in America are from companies like mine. People waste too much time focusing on the few big top companies. The smaller business owner benefits and this DOES HELP create jobs for a TON of America. People need to read some stats on who employs most of America. The world won't end if the GOP has two houses...just like it didn't end when the Dems had them. Honestly it's better for most business people to create more higher paying jobs now. I have my fingers crossed. We need to stop aiming low and ONLY focusing on minimum wage. Let's start raising the ceiling on maximum wage for everyone. IT's NOT so crazy an idea.

leave us not forget that the crazy old goat said that an AR-15 is harder to control than a shotgun......and that if you have an intruder in you home, you should fire a double-barrel shotgun out a window(which is a felony in most places)

lol, Joe Biden, you so crazy...
