and how about props to the republicans for electing the first black senator from the south since reconstruction ,perhaps he will end up being the red teams Obama in 4-12 years

www.erietvnews.com...

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- South Carolina's Tim Scott on Tuesday became the first African-American senator to win election in the South since Reconstruction. The Palmetto State Republican was appointed by Gov. Nikki Haley to the office after former Sen. Jim DeMint resigned in November 2012. In this year's midterms, he outlasted Democratic challenger Joyce Dickerson.

So you walked out of the womb unassisted and just left your family behind as an infant to live as a self sufficient hermit?

Nah the GOP will go with Marco Rubio for their brown ticket. Latinos matter more than blacks now and many Latinos are already fairly Republican. They know going for them is the way to win.

I guess that can sit next to "Trickle Down Economics" or do you prefer the term "Voodoo Economics".

I think there's still a bit of shock going on in the Dems. A Republican sweep of the Senate races, and then some with the Governor races in Illinois, Maryland, and Massachusetts. There's still a bit more to go to.

After reading CNN's page for a little bit, I'm seeing much denial, wailing and gnashing of teeth. There's also a lot of disillusionment over why this country went red tonight. I hope the left can understand that they're no longer democrats, there's no democracy taking place when we have an almost totalitarian leadership in place.

She was also endorsed by Planned parenthood. I voted for Steve Daines, and I'm pleased that he has won.
