Looks like Rick Scott (R) will remain the Governor of Florida.

Branstad (R) also remains Governor of Iowa.

Can confirm. NPR just called it.

Nate Silver says the following:

Republicans’ chances of winning the Senate are now 99 percent, based on the ABC News projection that Republican David Perdue has won in Georgia without a runoff and Republican Pat Roberts has won in Kansas.

The GOP will need just one more seat to clinch a majority in the Senate. Any of the following would work:
◾Louisiana, in the Dec. 6 runoff;
◾North Carolina, where Republican Thom Tillis’s numbers look good;
◾Iowa, where Republican Joni Ernst’s numbers look good;
◾Alaska
◾Virginia

Democrats would need to sweep all five states.

You mean those happy days that led to the Great Recession? Should be fun. I grew up hearing and the Great Depression. Now I'll have the same fun stories to tell when I'm old

Well good news is that Reid's not so prominent. I really hate that guy.

Bad news if you like science, women, helping your fellow man and think we're all equal. Arg.

From FOX news - Tillis (R) defeats Kay Hagan (D) in North Carolina.

FOX also has Iowa Senate going red. Ernst (R) defeats Braley (D)

Republicans now have 52 Senate seats.

must be a pretty rough nite over at npr......

I'm hearing stories from the Oval Office.

Things like ice and soda pop all over the floor and walls.

And wet wads of tissue paper on the ceiling.

Broken TV's too !!!

Hell now that Harry Reid isn't killing the Houses legislation maybe we will.

But then again the Potus will be doing it now with the VETO.
