No jail for couple whose neglect almost killed severely disabled teen

I am so pissed I can't even communicate clearly on here....The rage has me typing words but my mind isn't even here after reading this!

I wish ill on nobody, or I should say not many....These people, I wish ill upon....And on top of that, I actually hope something happens! I feel bad saying that but I feel much worse for this poor child....This story should ignite a great family to swoop in and take excellent care of this poor child for the rest of her life...I can't explain what I want to do to these "parents" on here due to T&C violations, but I am so pissed that I even had to read something so disgusting as this, that someone would actually treat a child this way is so rage inducing I want to punch a wall at how mad I still currently am at this!!
