UN Security Council 7287th meeting - Oct 24 - English
The link above is for the UN Security Council meeting for Oct 24th. Around the 21 minute mark the UN Ast. Sec. Gen for Human rights addresses this
accusation.
2 graves located totaling 9 people.
1 Grave site contained 5 people who were identified as soldiers who were KIA.
1 grave site containing 4 civilians with possible signs of summary execution. The report came in from the rebels and they blame the Kiev government.
It was confirmed the 4 people had been detained by Kiev forces but whether they were killed by them or rebels upon release is not know.
There is an issue within rebel controlled territory where rebels have been destroying houses, seizing personal items, summary executions etc.
The use of cluster munitions was also investigated and thus far there is no evidence they were used by Ukraine forces.
Finally Russia blocked the OSCE from their border monitoring program in some areas of the border held by rebels. I wonder why Russia would block
this.
It also looks like Russia picked up where Stalin left off when it comes to Tartars and Crimea.
