Mine doesn't have any.

So, I'll tell you where it comes from. There is a certain RPG called Legend of the Five Rings. It's also a CCG which came first. One of the first characters I made for this game I basically made up the pseudo-Japanese sounding name of Ketsuko. She was a Unicorn Clan diplomat and very good at it.

Later on when they started releasing Clan books, the Scorpion clan had a short list of poisons in it, and one of them was called kettsu which was basically cyanide in Rokugan (the world for the game). So the joke became that her name was basically cyanide with the suffix of -ko which meant pretty. So she was pretty little cyanide girl. All accidental.

So, I've just kept the name around for various purposes.
