So they are talking about the troops returning from Africa already. Seems quick. Does anyone know what they did there? There will probably be more going in... for? dunno... Maybe someone can shed some light on how things are progressing in this respect?

From what I've read and heard from friends, it's mostly engineering units who are building mobile hospitals. Some medical teams and some logistical support (getting supplies in and out).
