flowofmysoul - introduction

Hello ATS,


I would like to introduce my self. On web, I am known as "flowofmysoul". I had my first lucid dream about 7 and a half years ago, since then I am interested in dreaming and everything that goes beyond dreaming. About six month later I reached incredible lucid dream rate, all my dreams were and are lucid until this day. I am researching phenomena's like Shared Dreaming, Remote Viewing, Telepathy and an Ocean of knowledge that dreams might bring to us.

I noticed there are interesting people on ATS and I want to share some of my experience and some of my knowledge with you guys. Two forum sections are in my interest, "paranormal studies" and "philosophy and metaphysics".

Lucid dreaming is a hoot. I have a hard time not waking up when I realize I am in a dream. I prefer having vivid dreams and cultivating the ability to remember them when I do wake up.

I was just thinking the other day about why i cannot remember dreaming maybe once a year if that it is just shut eyes open eyes with me i am afraid

Work on developing a habit of trying to remember details immediately upon awakening, before opening your eyes. You will lose it within seconds.
