FEMA Erroneous emergency warnings irk AT&T U-verse subscribers

This article struck me as some way to possibly get into AT&T and their customer. My thought is FEMA used a backdoor to get into AT&T system, to get a look at their customer's. The False broadcast was a ruse. What do you think?

What if there is a rogue group of insiders who are releasing subtle information before a false flag is scheduled to occur, knowing conspiracy types will pick up on it and expose the real message. In this case the date of the emergency warning was Sunday, 11-09-11. That date actually fell on a Wednesday but November 9th does fall on a Sunday this year. If something awful does occur on 11-09-14 which would make use of the emergency warning, it's pretty likely a planned event. A potential FF may have been prevented altogether because we've been given a 'heads up' for that date.

Maybe they were testing it, and made it look like a mistake.
