Ok police brutality is usually not funny, but you have to love this. 2 NYPD cops are wrestling with a suspect when a 3rd plain clothes cop comes to help.

The 3rd cop walks up and kicks the suspect right in the head, only to find out it was one of the cops he kicked. Idiot cop that's why we don't kick people in the head.

The cop has been stripped of his gun and badge pending an investigation.

The video below shows a plainclothes NYPD officer cranking back his leg and driving the toe of his boot into another man's head. "So what?" you might be saying. "Cops beat the # out of people all the time." In this case, however, the victim was another cop

I'm surprised he wasn't tasered or shot.

He's lucky to get just a kick.

It is when it's cop on cop.

I wonder if the cop who got kicked in the head will ever kick a suspect in the head since he knows how it feels now?

Didn't you know that they are more special than us?

Just look at the time and money spent on ONE murder in Pennsylvania......

So what's going to happen? The suspense is killing me. On one hand, cops can get away with murder with a slap on the wrist.

On the other hand, if someone taps a cop on the shoulder to get his attention, that's grounds for an assault charge.

Cop assaulting another cop? This is going to be epic

Kick his damn head off. The drop in IQ will help him make SWAT.

Summed up so perfectly.

And sadly, had the kick landed on the civilian rather than the officer (as intended) I'm sure they would have justified the action. It would have included the classics like "he shouldn't have resisted" and "officer safety".

Looked like a little love tap on his head. A little friendly boot saying hello

Did it leave the officer with a gooseegg on his head?

The saddest part, is that they will probably charge the suspect for the kicking.
(It never would have happened if the suspect didn't do what he did type of thing)
