U.S. troops had a chance to grill Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld about anything, and everything from being under equipped in Iraq to the military's
use of the "stop loss" program.

CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait - In a rare public airing of grievances, disgruntled soldiers complained to Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld on Wednesday
about long deployments and a lack of armored vehicles and other equipment.
"You go to war with the Army you have," Rumsfeld replied, "not the Army you might want or wish to have."

He may not have had "good" answers to all of the questions, but I am glad that he finally took the time to field complaints from the troops directly.
Most of his answers were well thought out, and obviously planned for, but some seemed to catch him off guard. You may not like the President. You may
not like the administration he has put together, and you don't have to. Thats what is nice about this country, but it is nice to see someone out there
taking punches (so to speak) in public.
