Russian majo General speaks openly of ufo's

this would appear to be a highly creddible witness to the exsistence of E.T's visiting our planet and evidence that aliens exsist.
im inclined to believe anything that comes from high up in the military because its always defied logic to me that someone who has obviously worked very hard and with such dedication to recive this high rank would risk ruining their career and future by putting themselves in a position for both goverment and public ridicule?....and in some cases goverment silencing?

Nothing special...ive read stuff that other Russian military people have said, they have said stuff like about the Roswell crash and such....
(Yes i am aware Roswell is in USA....but supposedly the KGB had agents at the crash site.)

I highly doubt the KGB had agents there on the day of the crash retrieval. However, soon after the event, no doubt they were all over it. Right after the big shakeup, and the creation of the CIA...it is pretty well regarded that the KGB had infiltrated the network fairly well by that time, and that this was a primary reason for the compartmentalization that led to Majestic, etc.

Russia actually has some very public info about UFOs...but beware. There was a time when they dedicated a lot of resources to making fake movies, etc. just to send a message to the US that they too were on an equal footing in this regard.

Yes, saw a documentary once where a Russian general rather unrestricted speaks about UFO's.According to him a committee was formed in Russia consisting of scholars, doctors and military personnel who after much deliberation came to the conclusion that some UFOs were controlled by extraterrestrial intelligences.
in Russia they speak for more openly about these matters.Something the US can take hint to.
